The 7.5 Ton Carrier RTU Cooling Only 208 V is a packaged rooftop air conditioner unit designed for commercial and industrial settings. This unit features a scroll compressor, corded electric power source, and operates on 208/230 V with a 3-phase power phase. With three fan motors and two compressors, it provides efficient cooling performance for large spaces. The Carrier brand is known for its reliability and quality in the HVAC industry, making this RTU a dependable choice for cooling needs. Unit was installed briefly(note duct butter left on outside edges of horizontal intake panels) but never hooked to power when it was discovered they installed with wrong voltage. It’s technically a new unit with 0 runtime on compressors and motors. Electric heat could be added later. I’m pricing this to sell especially in markets where gas heat is less common.
