All of my books are VERY OLD and have 100+ years of wear to varying degrees. Very good plus condition…. For its age [131 years old]. Boards – very secure, back cover looks really good for its age. Pages very secure. Spine ends – pretty good – light wear and some splitting. Inner hinges – very good. Pages – very clean. Writing – 1890 on ffep in pencil and “to John with love from cuz Ron 1984″ on the back of the frontis. Rips /folds – no rips that I saw / 9. Folds mostly the wee tips.
