This listing includes the following. Iceberg 1.1 Ton Portable Air Conditioner KIB1411-2 13,800 BTU 115V. This is a “scratch and dent” unit. This is strictly cosmetic – the dent only affected sheet metal – it did not affect any interior components. There is also one very minor dent near the front of the unit – again – this is only cosmetic. We removed service panels to fully inspect the unit (and take photos). Additionally, we powered on the unit and tested for full functionality. Unit still has protective film over the digital control panel. Includes the manual and plastic reservoir as-seen in the photos.
